ABOUT
OKPOSI CHRISTIAN GRADUATE & UNDERGRADUATE FELLOWSHIP (OCGUF) also known as Okposi Christian Forum is a body of Christians who are indigenes (by birth or marriage) of Okposi in Ohaozara L.G.A of Ebonyi State Nigeria. It also includes Christians who may not be from Okposi but are interested in the propagation of the gospel of Jesus Christ and in the progress and development of Okposi. It is a non-denominational and non-governmental Christian organization.
OUR MISSION
We aim to provide a platform for Fellowship among believers as well as a strong Christian influence in the land of Okposi. To be Living examples of success without short cut, prosperity with integrity, to the youth of Okposi.To be a voice for the lord in the land of Okposi, exerting kingdom influence in all matters concerning the land.
OUR BELIEF
We believe in all the gospel anchored on the love of God demonstrated in the birth, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ for the salvation of mankind. We believe that the church is the body of Jesus Christ on the earth and that individual Christians are members of the body of Christ. As members of Christ’s body, we believe that we are representing him on earth, we therefore plan and take actions towards expansion of his kingdom with focus and special interest inOkposibeing our own Jerusalem.
As part of the body of Christ, the Prince of Peace, we work for the peace, unity and progress of our community. We follow the footsteps of Jesus who went everywhere doing good (Acts 10:38), thus our slogan “Doing Good Everywhere”. We see doing good as an effective way of giving back to society, touching lives and spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. We therefore have as part of our core programs the following:
